Job Description:

This RN position on the Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit offers a vibrant setting where you'll manage a variety of patient diagnoses including stroke, respiratory illnesses, renal failure, and wound care. You'll be working rotating 12-hour night shifts, providing essential nursing support in a 32-bed unit that features a mix of routine and surge staffing. Your skills will be put to good use interpreting cardiac rhythms, managing non-titrating cardiac drips, and assisting with wound and drain care. The role also involves collaborating with support staff like CNAs and phlebotomists, and potentially floating to nearby facilities within the region as needed. It's a chance to experience a team that works well together and values patient-centered care—plus, you'll be part of a facility that is a certified Chest Pain Center and Stroke Center, making this assignment both rewarding and impactful.
