Job Description:

This telemetry nursing role offers a chance to work on two dynamic units within Boise Hospital’s floors 3 and 7. You will be responsible for monitoring cardiac patients, interpreting telemetric data, managing post-procedural care, and adjusting titratable drips like heparin and Cardizem. The position involves floating between floors, providing flexibility that keeps each shift engaging. With 12-hour day shifts scheduled over 13 weeks, you'll experience a variety of patient cases— from post-op open heart and TAVRs on the third floor to general telemetry and overflow cases on the seventh. The role is tailored for experienced cardiac nurses comfortable with interpreting telemetry strips and managing complex cardiac drips. The hospital’s supportive team includes charge nurses and referral RTs, making this assignment both challenging and rewarding.
