Job Description:

This 9-week assignment places you in a Level II NICU on a busy LDRP unit, where you'll be supporting neonates and adults alike. As an RN, you'll manage a range of obstetrical and neonatal responsibilities—monitoring fetal heart tracings with EFM, initiating IVs, assisting with deliveries (including C-sections), and providing postpartum care. The shifts are 12 hours overnight, and you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population in a unit with patient ratios ranging from 1:6 to 1:1 depending on census. This role offers a chance to sharpen your skills in obstetric triage, neonatal assessment, and postpartum management, all within a facility that values versatile, confident caregivers.
