Job Description:

Join a team of experienced CVICU Registered Nurses for a 13-week travel contract in Hazard, Kentucky. This role requires hands-on expertise with fresh hearts and supporting adult cardiac patients in a fast-paced ICU setting. You'll work 12-hour night shifts scheduled every other weekend, with a flexible schedule that keeps you engaged and on your toes. Experience with Meditech EMR, AHA BLS & ACLS, NIH, and current KY or Compact license are essential. The assignment offers a weekly gross pay of approximately $2,862.80, with 48 hours committed per week. Float requirements are within scope, and orientation is scheduled bi-weekly. Be prepared for variable patient ratios depending on census, and ensure you're within 75 miles of Hazard to be eligible. This is an excellent opportunity to sharpen your cardiac ICU skills while exploring a vibrant part of Kentucky.
