Job Description:

Join a specialized CVICU team as a Registered Nurse in Worcester, MA, for a 26-week travel assignment. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), focusing on advanced cardiac care including mechanical circulatory support devices like Impella, IABP, and ECMO. You'll be providing top-tier care in a cardiac surgery ICU that also covers vascular surgery, cardiac medicine, and advanced heart failure. The facility prefers travelers with at least 2.5 years of ICU experience and prior exposure to adult cardiac units. You will float to other adult ICUs as needed, with minimal time off required and a flexible contract length. Conditioned licensure in Massachusetts is accepted during the full license process, and passing a telephonic skills test at orientation is mandatory. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a highly skilled team on complex cardiovascular cases while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.
