Job Description:

Join our team for a 13-week assignment in the NICU, caring for pre-term and stable neonatal patients in a Level 2 nursery. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts, where you'll manage babies with conditions like hypoglycemia, respiratory distress, and those learning to bottle feed. You may also support low-risk postpartum mothers and their infants, with training provided if needed. The position emphasizes safe staffing and acuity-based assignments, with opportunities to serve as a charge nurse, rotating between NICU and LDRP roles. Expect a flexible schedule, occasional floating to nearby units, and a supportive environment focused on neonatal safety and well-being.
