Job Description:

This neonatal ICU travel assignment in Charlotte, North Carolina, offers you the chance to work in a Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center with a specialized focus on critically ill newborns. As a neonatal ICU RN, you'll be managing high-acuity, complex cases including respiratory distress syndromes, congenital heart defects, and neurological conditions such as seizures. The role involves frequent invasive line management, ventilator operation, and support for babies requiring ECMO or CRRT, all within a fast-paced environment that demands precision and confidence. This assignment provides an excellent opportunity to expand your neonatal critical care expertise while working alongside a dedicated team committed to exceptional patient outcomes. The shift structure includes 12-hour night shifts, with a 36-hour weekly commitment, offering a balanced schedule with every other weekend off.
