Job Description:

This Neonatal ICU RN contract offers a chance to work in a high-acuity environment with a supportive, collaborative team. You will manage critically ill newborns requiring complex respiratory, cardiac, and neurological interventions. Expect to handle invasive lines, ventilators, arterial lines, and advanced monitoring devices, all within a fast-paced setting that requires expertise and confidence. The role includes working 12-hour day shifts, with shifts scheduled on a rotational basis every six weeks, including holidays and weekends. Unique to this assignment is the opportunity to float within pediatric units, including NICU and Pediatric CVICU, and to gain extensive hands-on experience with specialized neonatal equipment and procedures.
