Job Description:

Join a vibrant neonatal intensive care unit as a Registered Nurse, where you'll be at the forefront of caring for critically ill newborns requiring high-acuity interventions. This contract offers a chance to work in a Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center with 247 licensed beds, specializing in managing complex respiratory, cardiac, neuro, and gastrointestinal conditions. Your expertise in managing ventilators, invasive lines, and critical care equipment will be essential in this fast-paced environment. Expect to handle a variety of advanced procedures and collaborate with a dedicated team, including intensivists, residents, and specialized support staff. This assignment provides a stimulating experience in a teaching hospital setting with opportunities to refine your technical skills while making a meaningful difference in fragile lives. The schedule consists of 12-hour night shifts, ensuring a comprehensive exposure to neonatal critical care.
