Job Description:

This contract opportunity places you in a PCU/IMC setting in Durango, Colorado, working 12-hour night shifts for a duration of 13 weeks. As a float nurse, you'll rotate across multiple units such as General, Cardiac, Neuro, Oncology, and more, providing specialized adult care in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities include titrating and managing cardiac drips, insulin, and sedation medications like Ativan, with a focus on patient stability and safety. The role requires a minimum of two years of PCU/IMC experience and familiarity with EPIC, with a priority on neuro experience. You will be the key to ensuring smooth operations during night shifts, supporting various specialties, and adapting to floating within a 60-mile radius zone around Durango.
