Job Description:

Join a 13-week contract working as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Rochester, NY, in the Discharge Lounge of a busy hospital. You will be responsible for managing patient discharge processes, including vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and basic telemetry monitoring. The schedule features four 10-hour days each week, typically from 10:00 to 19:00, with every other weekend required. This role offers a unique chance to experience a fast-paced, acute care setting while utilizing your skills in a supportive environment. Charting in EPIC is required, and experience in acute care within the last two years is essential.
