Job Description:

This operating room RN contract offers a focused experience for professionals skilled in a broad range of surgical procedures. You'll be participating in surgeries such as gastric bypass, laparoscopic cases, vascular repairs, thoracic surgeries, and orthopedic interventions, among others. The role emphasizes competency in phlebotomy and IV placement, as these skills are mandatory for all RNs at Unity. Expect to work within a diverse surgical environment, often with a block schedule that provides a rhythm yet remains flexible for those willing to adapt. This assignment provides a unique chance to sharpen your OR skills across multiple specialties, with opportunities for minimal RTO and working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting that challenges your surgical expertise.
