Job Description:

Join our team as an Operating Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel contract at a reputable Level II Trauma Center in Springfield, Oregon. This role involves working four 10-hour day shifts per week, from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM, with a guaranteed 40 hours weekly. You will be a vital part of a fast-paced OR that handles high-acuity ortho, neuro, trauma, vascular, GYN, and robotic surgeries using advanced equipment like DaVinci robots and neuro beds. This assignment offers a diverse surgical caseload requiring well-rounded trauma experience, including familiarity with Epic charting and a minimum of one year of recent experience in similar specialties. No call is required, but you may be on call up to four 8-hour shifts per month. Be prepared to work in an environment that values precision and expert clinical skills, without the need for unit-specific calls to managers prior to interviews. The facility’s focus on complex procedures in a well-equipped OR makes this a rewarding challenge for experienced OR nurses ready for their next adventure.
