Job Description:

Join our team as a Surgical Stepdown RN at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO, for a 13-week travel assignment. This role involves providing advanced care for post-operative and high-acuity surgical patients in a dedicated stepdown unit. You'll be working the weekend night shift, 1900-0730, with a weekly commitment of 36 hours, offering the chance to develop expertise in cardiac GTT management, Bipap, and post-op recovery in a high-energy environment. Expect opportunities to coordinate patient care alongside multiple departments, utilizing EPIC electronic medical records. If you have at least 2 years of stepdown or ICU experience and enjoy tackling complex cases, this assignment offers a rewarding way to build your skills and enjoy a vibrant city with plenty of local attractions.
