Job Description:

This contract opportunity in Henderson, KY, is perfect for experienced MS RNs who thrive in a fast-paced, night-shift setting. You'll be working 12-hour night shifts (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) at a well-established hospital, handling a diverse patient population including post-surgical recoveries, respiratory issues, and critical assessments. The role involves a combination of hands-on procedures like PIV insertions, chest tube management, and blood product administration, with a focus on critical thinking and efficient patient assessment. You'll support a team with a high level of expertise, participating in unit activities such as patient monitoring, documentation in EPIC, and occasional precepting of students or new hires. This assignment presents a unique chance to sharpen your skills among a skilled staff, with cross-campus floating possible to nearby facilities, ensuring a varied and engaging experience.
