Job Description:

Join our team as a Stepdown Cardiac RN in the IMCU, where your expertise will help bridge the gap between ICU and ward floors. This 13-week contract involves night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a focus on caring for post-heart cath patients and higher acuity cardiac cases. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, managing drips like prex, insulin, dopamine, and dobutamine, all within the updated IV guidelines. The setting offers a unique opportunity to experience the intricacies of cardiac step-down care in a supportive community hospital environment. Locals are encouraged to apply, and EPIC EMR will be utilized for charting. This role not only challenges your clinical skills but also provides a rewarding experience shaping patient recovery in a specialized cardiac unit.
