Job Description:

Join a specialized NICU Registered Nurse team in Baltimore, Maryland, for a rewarding 13-week contract. This position focuses on caring for neonates, infants, and pediatrics, with an emphasis on patients with conditions such as prematurity, cardiac defects, feeding issues, and NAS. The role offers an engaging mix of alternating 12-hour day and night shifts, providing a dynamic work schedule that keeps you on your toes. You'll work with advanced equipment like trachs, vents, PICCs, and TPN, supporting tiny patients through critical moments. The assignment is ideal for nurses with at least 2 years of pediatric experience who are comfortable managing lower acuity patients and are adaptable to floating within the unit. Required Maryland RN license, BLS, and CPI, with ACLS preferred. Expect a patient ratio of 1:3, up to 4 with lower acuity groups, and scheduled weekends and holidays.
