Job Description:

Join a specialized CVICU Registered Nurse contract in Minneapolis, where you'll be pivotal in caring for patients recovering from complex cardiac surgeries, including open heart procedures, with exposure to advanced devices like LVAD, RVAD, and Impella. This 12-week assignment involves working 3 nights per week, 36 hours total, with a focus on hemodynamic monitoring, PA catheter analysis, and managing temporary pacemakers. During this role, you'll have the opportunity to work within the ICU community across CVICU, Med/Surg ICU, and Neuro ICU, floating within scope to meet facility needs. The environment is fast-paced, requiring a skilled team member comfortable with high-tech interventions and detailed patient assessments. Expect variety, a collaborative team, and a chance to hone specialized skills in a Short Term Acute Care setting.
