Job Description:

Join a specialized NICU team supporting high-acuity newborns in a Level III or IV neonatal intensive care setting. As a NICU Registered Nurse on 12-hour night shifts, you'll be responsible for providing critical care to preemies and newborns up to 24 weeks gestation. This role involves managing ventilators, administering blood products, assisting with high-risk deliveries, and performing neonatal surgeries. Travelers will work at a bustling 77-bed NICU, with the chance to float occasionally to adjacent units such as Pediatrics or Family Health NICU. Expect a fast-paced environment where your expertise will make a significant impact, without the expectation to admit babies—those are handled by dedicated Admit Nurses. This assignment offers the opportunity to develop advanced neonatal skills across multiple campuses while enjoying a manageable weekly schedule of 36 hours over 13 weeks.
