Job Description:

Join the team on the Progressive Care Unit at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC, providing expert nursing support on 12-hour night shifts for a 13-week contract. This role offers an opportunity to work with a 44-bed unit, caring for patients with neuro and trauma needs, utilizing advanced equipment like IV pumps, PCA devices, and chest tubes. You'll be an essential part of a dedicated team handling patient checks, neurological assessments, and procedures like C-Collar placements and blood transfusions. Ideal candidates are team players with ACLS, BLS, NIHSS credentials, and experience in neuro or trauma care.
