Job Description:

Join a dedicated Medical Surgical team as a Registered Nurse focusing on Telemetry and remote monitoring in Wilmington, NC. This 13-week contract offers the opportunity to work 12-hour day shifts, providing hands-on care in an environment that handles diverse patient needs, including COVID, pneumonia, and dementia cases. You will be responsible for interpreting dysrhythmias, managing IV insulin protocols, and performing wound care, among other duties. The role is ideal for nurses who enjoy working with a variety of diagnoses and thrive in a fast-paced setting without the need for onsite RTO, as that is not permitted post-booking. Be prepared for potential storm or disaster response assignments, including working during catastrophic events, and possibly floating to different units based on needs.
