Job Description:

This ICU Registered Nurse role offers a unique opportunity to work in a 21-bed facility with a schedule of four 12-hour night shifts per week. Your primary focus will be on stepdown and ICU units, where you'll float between MedSurg, ICU, and stepdown areas, providing vital support across multiple departments. The role demands a confident clinician comfortable with varied patient ratios (1:4-5 in stepdown, 1:2 in ICU, 1:5-6 in MedSurg) and the ability to adapt quickly to different patient needs. Expect to work with a variety of supplies and treatments, from non-titrating drips like Amiodarone and NTG to complex interventions such as peritoneal dialysis and ventilator management. Your skills and flexibility will be key as you help ensure patient safety and high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
