Job Description:

Join a dedicated inpatient rehab team as an RN on a 13-week contract at Aspirus Wausau. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts from 6 PM to 6:30 AM, with every other weekend and holiday on rotation. You'll be providing specialized care for stroke, trauma, debility, amputation, and cardiac patients in a 12-bed inpatient rehab unit. The position requires float coverage across inpatient units and adherence to mandatory certifications like WI RN licensure and BLS. Experience in an inpatient hospital setting, particularly in medical-surgical rehab, is preferred. Charting is primarily done in Epic, and the role emphasizes resilience, adaptability, and social engagement. During high census periods, low census hours offer flexibility, making each shift unique and engaging.
