Job Description:

Join Highpoint Health in Winchester, TN, as a Registered Nurse on a 12-hour night shift for a 13-week travel assignment. This inpatient rehab role places you in an acute care unit managing adult and geriatric patients recovering from surgeries, strokes, or traumatic injuries. You'll work with stable patients needing approximately three hours of therapy daily, performing nursing assessments, managing medical treatments, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. The unit features 12 beds, with patient ratios averaging 3-5:1, and expects a motivated nurse ready to support patients' journey toward strength and independence. Prior hospital experience and TN RN licensure are required. Local travelers with required certifications are preferred, and orientation occurs weekly on Mondays.
