Job Description:

Join a dedicated team of Case Manager Registered Nurses in Alameda, CA for a 13-week travel assignment. This role involves working five 8-hour day shifts per week, with the requirement to cover two weekends each month. Flexibility is key, as the position may include working at least one major holiday such as Thanksgiving, the day after, Christmas, or New Year’s Day. You’ll be responsible for coordinating patient care processes, managing case documentation, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure smooth patient transitions.
