Job Description:

This case management RN position in Burlington, NC offers a chance to be at the heart of hospital operations, coordinating patient discharges, assessing needs, and managing therapeutic plans. The role involves working Monday through Friday on 8-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a focus on discharge planning, utilization review, and regulatory compliance. Your expertise in ICU, MS, PICU, SDU, PCU, IMC, and observation units will be critical in ensuring seamless patient transitions and meeting CMS standards. This assignment provides a unique opportunity to apply your clinical and administrative skills in a fast-paced hospital setting, with an emphasis on collaborative team efforts rather than direct patient care.
