Job Description:

Join a prestigious Level I Trauma Center in Memphis, Tennessee, as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse on a 13-week contracted assignment. You'll work four 12-hour night shifts per week (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), providing vital support in a high-acuity environment. This role is suited for experienced nurses with at least two years of recent medical-surgical experience, especially those familiar with trauma care and team nursing models. The unit operates with a 1:12 staffing ratio, often split between two RNs, LPNs, and med nurses, offering a collaborative and fast-paced atmosphere. Please note, first-time travelers are generally not recommended unless they possess over five years of experience in the specialty.
