Job Description:

Join our team as a CTICU (Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit) travel healthcare professional for a 13-week assignment in Burlington, Massachusetts. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a specialized, high-acuity unit that monitors and cares for patients recovering from complex heart, lung, and vascular surgeries, as well as those with severe cardiac or respiratory conditions. You will be working 12-hour rotating shifts—days and nights—providing critical care in an environment that demands expertise and quick decision-making. If you’re passionate about advanced cardiac care and thrive in fast-paced settings, this assignment provides a rewarding challenge complemented by weekly orientation and guaranteed hours. To succeed, candidates must have 2-3 years of ICU experience with 2 years specifically in CTICU or CVICU, be proficient with EPIC, and hold current ACLS and BLS certifications. This opportunity is for travel professionals who are separated from BILH for at least 6 months and comfortable working in a colorful scrubs environment.
