Job Description:

Join a dedicated Neuro ICU team at Trident Medical Center in North Charleston, SC, for a 13-week travel assignment. You'll be working 12-hour day shifts, with a schedule that requires you to work approximately 36 hours per week, including every other weekend and rotating holidays. This role offers an engaging opportunity to care for patients with complex neurological and cardiovascular conditions, including post-op CABG, aneurysmal hemorrhages, and patients on ventilators. Expect to use advanced hemodynamic monitoring, manage ventilated patients, and perform procedures like CrRT and coronary interventions. Prior ICU experience, especially in neuro or CVICU, is essential, along with proficiency in telemetry and comfort with high-acuity skills. The unit values teamwork and will support your growth with training options in neuro and cardiovascular care.
