Job Description:

Join a pediatric critical care team at Children's Wisconsin in Milwaukee for a 13-week contract as a Respiratory Therapist. This role offers a mix of challenging bedside work in the Pediatric ICU and Level IV NICU, with responsibilities including managing ventilator settings such as Servo I, Trilogy, Oscillators, and NAVA ventilation. You'll work 12-hour night shifts from 1830 to 0700, with every other weekend off—unless a holiday requires coverage. The setting is fast-paced but rewarding, providing opportunities to apply your expertise in invasive and non-invasive ventilation, trach management, and airway interventions in a high-volume pediatric environment. You will be expected to function independently but also collaborate with a dedicated team of RCPs. Equipment knowledge and experience in pediatric and neonatal critical care are essential to navigate this unique and impactful setting successfully.
