Job Description:

Join our team as a Respiratory Therapist working in the NICU and Pediatric units at a prominent hospital in Rapid City, SD. This contract role offers you the chance to be part of a Level III NICU and Level II Pediatric Trauma center, providing critical respiratory care to both neonatal and pediatric patients. You'll support pediatric critical care, neonatal critical care, and general inpatient respiratory services, with opportunities to care for NICU patients if needed. The role focuses on using advanced ventilators, high-flow devices, and blood gas analysis, working alongside charge RTs and clinical specialists. Expect a collaborative environment, charting in EPIC, and a variety of equipment including Draeger ventilators and Cough Assist devices. This assignment is perfect for experienced respiratory therapists eager to apply their skills in a high-acuity setting, with a focus on patient-centered care and teamwork.

Job Specifics:

Location: Rapid City, South Dakota
