Job Description:

Join a challenging and rewarding Labor and Delivery RN position in Seattle, where you'll be part of a high-volume, high-acuity obstetrics team. This 26-week travel contract involves 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, working every other weekend and holidays as needed. You will be delivering care during active labor, monitoring fetal well-being with electronic fetal monitoring, and providing comprehensive newborn care, including performing assessments, administering medications such as Vit K and eye ointments, and supporting postpartum transition. The role offers an opportunity to apply your high-risk obstetric experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting midwifery clients, private OB practices, and community clinics, with the ability to float between Mother/Baby units. This assignment is unique for those who excel under pressure and have a strong background in high-risk obstetrics, especially in high volume settings.
