Job Description:

This CVICU Registered Nurse position offers a unique opportunity to work in a specialized cardiac care unit with a focus on direct open-heart admissions and advanced monitoring techniques. The role involves 3x12-hour night shifts, primarily overseeing patients requiring careful pressure monitoring, Swan-Ganz management, Impella oversight, and CRRT. You'll be part of a team that handles overflow cases, occasionally stepping into step-down care, ensuring each patient receives tailored attention. Expect to use your expertise in cardiac surgery skills and be prepared for some of the most intricate patient scenarios in a fast-paced environment.
