Job Description:

Join a specialized cardiovascular surgical ICU team in Baltimore, Maryland, where you'll be at the forefront of post-operative care for patients recovering from complex cardiac procedures. This role involves caring for patients immediately after surgery, including those receiving heart transplants, lung transplants, or ventricular assist devices. You'll work in an 18-bed unit that handles high-acuity cases, so precision and quick thinking are essential. The schedule features 12-hour day shifts with a mix of A/P rotation or straight evenings, offering a balanced yet challenging experience.
