Job Description:

This 13-week contract offers an engaging opportunity to work in the Labor & Delivery unit at Rapides Women's and Children's Hospital in Alexandria, LA. You'll be integral in supporting maternal care during 12-hour night shifts, providing essential assistance during vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and specialized procedures like amniocentesis and IUPC/FSE placements. Experience with fetal monitors, IV placements, and labor support will be key, as you collaborate with a dedicated team of specialized staff. The role combines technical skill application and compassionate patient interactions, making each night uniquely rewarding.
