Job Description:

This MS/Tele Float Registered Nurse position offers the chance to work in a busy short-term acute care setting, covering medical, surgical, oncology, and neuro units. You'll be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while floating within scope across different units to meet facility needs. This role involves night shifts of 12 hours, allowing for extended time off between assignments, with a focus on maintaining safety through the use of ceiling lifts, bladder scanners, and lift devices. The position requires a minimum of two years of experience, BCLS and ACLS certifications, and the ability to float seamlessly to various medical units. With an internal focus on flexibility, you may be assigned to different units, with some pre-planned shifts communicated in advance. The role offers guaranteed hours, ensuring a steady workload over 18 weeks, and provides the opportunity to work within a supportive hospital environment that values professionalism and adaptability.
