Job Description:

Join a vibrant PACU team at a prominent hospital in Englewood, Colorado, for a 13-week travel assignment. You'll be working primarily in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit on the 3rd floor, floating between main, surgical robotics, and orthopedic recovery bays. The role involves monitoring patients emerging from anesthesia, utilizing GE monitors, and collaborating with a seasoned staff experienced in high neuro volume, stroke care, and complex procedures like TAVRs and robotics surgeries. Expect to provide high-quality post-op care during diverse cases including spine, general, GI, colorectal, total joints, and gynecological surgeries. The shift typically runs from 4:30 PM to 5:00 AM, with approximately 36 hours scheduled weekly. This unique setting offers exposure to the latest technology, a supportive team with experienced staff, and an engaging work environment that challenges your critical care skills.
