Job Description:

Join a dedicated team of PACU Registered Nurses on an exciting 13-week travel assignment at a top-level trauma hospital in Anchorage, Alaska. This role offers a chance to work in a level II trauma center with a focus on post-anesthesia care, preoperative, and Phase II recovery. You'll be part of a bustling team providing essential support during critical recovery phases, with shifts scheduled as 12-hour days, giving you plenty of time to explore the stunning surroundings whenever you're off duty.

Job Specifics:

Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Shift: 12-hour days, variable hours from 0700 to 2300
Duration: 13 weeks
Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed, with a typical schedule of 3 shifts per week. Nurses may be called off for one shift every two weeks and must be prepared for on-call duties. Call shifts are primarily overnight, with some weekend and evening options. Candidates must have an active Alaska RN license or be pending license approval. Prior pediatric experience is preferred but not required, and first-timers are welcome to apply.
