Job Description:

Join a well-respected medical-surgical unit in Evansville for a 20-week travel contract that offers a robust mix of clinical challenges and team collaboration. As a Med/Surg RN, you'll be working 12-hour day shifts at a facility known for its experienced leadership and supportive staff. Your responsibilities will include managing a diverse patient population—ranging from post-surgical cases to patients with COPD or sepsis—and utilizing your strong assessment and critical thinking skills to provide quality care in a fast-paced environment. This role involves working with EPIC charting systems, and you'll have the opportunity to float within skillset across campuses, adding variety and flexibility to your assignment. It’s an engaging role where your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes while enjoying the vibrant community around you. The contract guarantees 36 hours weekly, with the potential for 48 hours, and features three weekends out of every six weeks plus holidays. It’s an excellent chance to advance your skills in a teaching hospital setting while experiencing a new city.
