Job Description:

Join a specialized Mother-Baby / Couplet Care / Post Partum unit in Seattle as a travel registered nurse for a 13-week contract on the night shift. This role offers the chance to work with high-risk obstetric patients in a busy, high census setting. You'll handle high acuity postpartum care, managing multiple patients and possibly a surge in census requiring the management of up to four couplets. Expect to perform treatments like magnesium, Pitocin, Foley placement, postpartum hemorrhage management, and substance withdrawal care, all while utilizing EPIC charting with accuracy. This position is ideal for experienced nurses who thrive in challenging environments and are comfortable with high-risk maternal care, including care for high-acuity postpartum patients and handling complex situations.
