Job Description:

Join our team as a NICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in Charlottesville, VA. This assignment involves providing specialized care in the neonatal intensive care unit during 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The role requires clinical expertise in neonatal patient care, with an emphasis on maintaining a calm and steady presence through overnight hours. BLS certification is mandatory, and NRP must be current at the time of submission. Experience with Dr. Brown’s Infant Driven Feeding is preferred, with certification available at a small additional cost. The schedule includes working three weekends over the period and includes some major holidays, excluding Labor Day weekend.
