Job Description:

This NICU travel assignment at Arkansas Children’s Hospital offers a unique opportunity to work within a renowned Level III-IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. You'll be providing specialized care to premature and critically ill newborns, including micro-premies and VLBW infants, in a facility that emphasizes teamwork and advanced technology. The role involves 12-hour night shifts, with the chance to experience a variety of neonatal cases, from surgical recoveries to complex preemies. Floating within the ICU cluster is expected, providing diversity and flexibility in your daily duties, while working alongside a multidisciplinary team using EPIC and Pyxis systems. Prior travel experience and Level 4 NICU expertise, specifically in EPIC, are essential, along with active Arkansas or Compact licenses.
