Job Description:

This contract opportunity in Mesa, AZ offers an engaging role for registered nurses eager to apply their expertise in patient assessment, care planning, and coordination within a hospital setting. You'll be responsible for evaluating patient needs across physical, psychological, social, and spiritual dimensions, and developing personalized care plans that incorporate input from patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
