Job Description:

Join a specialized NICU Registered Nurse contract where you'll be working in a Level III or IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit caring for extremely fragile newborns, often under 24 weeks gestation. This role involves managing high acuity cases such as CPAP/BiPAP, high-frequency vents, oscillators, and administering blood products. You will participate in very high-level neonatal procedures, including high-risk deliveries and neonatal surgeries. While rarely floating, opportunity exists to assist across different campus NICUs or occasionally support pediatric units with newborns only. The position features a consistent 12-hour night shift, offering a focused and immersive experience in neonatal intensive care. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of NICU experience and is adaptable to different hospital settings within the health system.
