Job Description:

Join our tele float pool team in Redding, California, for an engaging 13-week travel assignment working 12-hour night shifts. You’ll be stepping into a fast-paced, versatile environment where you will float between medical-surgical and tele units, providing vital support to staff and ensuring seamless patient monitoring. Your expertise in managing patients with diagnoses such as sepsis, heart failure, or post-surgical recovery will be essential. This role offers the chance to work with GE monitors, reading strips independently, and administering titratable drips like insulin and heparin. Prepare for an active shift in a setting that values adaptability and clinical proficiency, with support from unit aides and monitor techs to keep everything running smoothly. Some light orientation will be provided at each unit to help you hit the ground running.
