Job Description:

This 13-week travel contract calls for experienced RN MedSurg/Tele specialists to join a busy Level 3 Trauma hospital in Shelby, NC. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, providing direct support to patients with diagnoses such as stroke, respiratory illnesses, renal failure, and post-surgical wounds. Your role involves interpreting cardiac rhythms, managing cardiac drips, wound care, and handling drain and tube management. Expect a fast-paced environment where your skills make a difference in patient outcomes. The facility encourages a collaborative team spirit, and you'll experience the unique challenge of floating across multiple units within a regional network, adapting your skills to various patient needs. This assignment offers the chance to gain hands-on experience in a well-equipped setting with virtual nursing support, EMR systems, and a dedicated support staff.
