Job Description:

Bring your expertise in labor and delivery nursing to a rewarding 18-week contract in Seattle. This role is focused on caring for adult women of childbearing age in a hospital setting that emphasizes teaching and trauma-level care. You'll work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) with a guaranteed 36 hours per week, supporting a unit with seven labor beds, triage, PACU, and a mother-baby area. The job offers a chance to develop skills in a dynamic environment that may include floating within the hospital. This assignment is ideal for seasoned L&D RN professionals with at least three years of experience, comfortable working at a pace that requires quick thinking and excellent skill. Certifications in BLS and NRP are mandatory, and Epic experience is preferred. The unit primarily operates during weekends, and local candidates are encouraged to apply.
