Job Description:

This case management RN position in Eureka, California offers a rewarding opportunity to work in a vibrant coastal city known for its stunning natural scenery and historic Victorian architecture. The role involves managing patient cases in an acute care setting, with a primary focus on coordinating care and ensuring smooth patient transitions. The schedule consists of 8-hour day shifts, working five days a week for a 26-week duration.
