Job Description:

Join our Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool as a Registered Nurse and experience a role that keeps you at the forefront of pediatric intensive care. You'll provide specialized care in a Magnet-recognized teaching hospital with a Level Trauma designation, working in a 320-bed facility known for its commitment to excellence. This position involves floating between PICU, CVPICU, and NICU units, offering a diverse and engaging work environment. Your responsibilities will include managing patients with critical needs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and adapting to the unique demands of each unit. The shift is a 12-hour rotating day schedule from 07:00 to 19:30, with guaranteed hours of 48 per week. This role is perfect for experienced PICU RNs seeking a stimulating assignment that combines technical expertise with flexibility and variety.
