Join a prestigious Level III NICU in Seattle as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit RN. This 26-week travel assignment features 4x12-hour day shifts, offering an immersive experience in caring for very low birth weight preemies requiring ventilatory support and other complex needs. The unit, with a recent state-of-the-art upgrade, acts as a regional referral center for high-risk infants, providing an opportunity to work alongside leading healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include managing critical neonatal cases, adapting to fluctuating census levels, and potentially floating within the hospital to Mother/Baby units as needed. This role emphasizes hands-on neonatal care in a renowned teaching hospital setting, with a focus on high acuity patient management and collaboration within a dynamic team.
